The free cookies and hot chocolate were a nice touch during the Christmas season. The hotel's location near the shopping center and ice rink made it easy to enjoy the holiday festivities. The room size was comfortable for the family.
The noisy traffic outside kept us up all night. Additionally, the breakfast options were not very healthy, and we were disappointed that it wasn't included in the room rate.

The hotel provided two complimentary bottles of water, which was very helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable.
The walls were thin and I could hear my neighbors quite loudly. Also, the breakfast was not included and was quite expensive compared to other hotels in the same area.

Great value for the price. The room was clean and tidy, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complementary breakfast - although small - was a nice touch. The location was perfect for our city break, being close to restaurants and attractions.
The decor was a little outdated, but we didn't mind as we were more focused on exploring the city. The walls were quite thin, and noise from adjacent rooms could be heard, which was a minor inconvenience.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff who efficiently checked me in. the room was spacious, immaculate, and well-equipped with modern amenities including a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. the comfortable bed was adorned with luxurious linens and an abundance of plush pillows. I particularly enjoyed the exclusive leisure/TV room, which provided a relaxing atmosphere for unwinding after a busy day. the continental breakfast included a variety of tasty options and was served in a lovely restaurant area.
